Shipping Coverage

Ayam Station currently ships to addresses in Peninsular Malaysia. Shipping to Sabah, Sarawak, and Labuan is not currently available through our online store.

Shipping Rates

Standard shipping is RM10. Shipping is free for orders of RM150 or more.

Estimated Delivery

Estimated delivery is 3–5 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by public holidays, courier delays, severe weather, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Order Information

Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address, phone number, and email address at checkout. Contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error in your delivery information. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made after an order has entered processing or been dispatched.

Shipping updates will be sent to the contact details provided during checkout when available.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, contact ayamstation.my@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label where applicable.
